She is a qualified and experienced Assessor and also has a PGDBA-Human Resource Management. 

As an Assessor at I-Success Academy Rashmi’s commitment to student support is evident through assessing learners, offering timely feedback, and fostering a positive learning experience.  She reflects open communication and approachability, cultivating an environment where students feel comfortable in seeking guidance and support. Rashmi specialises in assessing the Level 3 Assessors’ Award and Certificate, as well as the Award in Education and Training.
