Kim is a Qualified Teacher, Assessor, IQA and EQA

With extensive experience in the education sector, the subject has served adults and underprivileged teenagers, formulating and structuring courses while adhering to awarding body standards.

Her academic achievements include a Bachelor of Science in ICT from Maynooth University. She has gained teaching experience with renowned institutions such as Pitman’s, ECDL, QQI, and City and Guilds. She further enhanced her skills by becoming an assessor, IQA, and EQA through an online learning platform.

These roles have empowered her to provide exceptional support to students, both in the classroom and online. Kim has shown exceptional dedication to assisting students with distinct needs and those unfamiliar with the course structure, demonstrating empathy and encouragement to all her students.

In her current role as the Lead IQA for i-Success Academy, Kim oversees and manages the quality of all our resources, training delivery and assessment, she also ensures that Assessors are working to a very high standard supporting all our learners through to completion.
