Entry Requirement :

• No formal requirements
• Be 16 years old and above
• Be working within a real Early Years setting
• Have access to a manager or Practitioner who has a level 3 Early Years or teaching qualification to mentor you in the workplace
• Level 2 English and Maths
• IT literate (Internet, Microsoft office)
• Able to understand and interpret course materials
• Self-motivated and willing to complete and achieve

COURSE DELIVERY :

• The course is delivered online through our cutting-edge online student portal

• You will have dedicated Assessor who will plan your assessment, provide support and assess your work

Course Duration:

The total qualification time for this course is 700hrs, the course can be completed within 12 months.  Being an online course, you have access to all materials and assessment requirements and can work at your own pace therefore determining the time frame within which you complete.

• You will be assessed through a series of questions to assess your knowledge
• Direct observation in the workplace by a competent person

• Demonstrate a minimum of 300hrs of placement working with babies (0-11 months), toddlers (1-2years 11 months, pre-school children (3-5 years)
