Patricia is the newest addition to our team, bringing her vast knowledge and experience to benefit our learners as well as the organisation as a whole.
Having carried out Leadership and Management roles in Business, I.T, Retail, and Health & Social Care, she decided to amalgamate her work-based experiences and focus on delivering QCF and Apprenticeship qualifications at levels 2,3 5, and 7. During her 15 years of assessing, teaching, tutoring, and mentoring learners both in their workplace and online, she is proud to have supported over 700 adults to gain industry recognised qualifications which have added been added to CV’s nationwide!
With much experience of working with leading awarding organisations and learning providers she is pleased to share her knowledge and skills with the i-Success Academy, and take pride in providing the support that learners need to achieve a seamless and positive learning experience.
