This qualification is suitable for learners looking to work in a wide range of roles in a health and adult care settings. This course is approved by Skills for Care and regulated by Ofqual and meets the CQC requirements for anyone who wants to, or is currently working in the following roles: Adult Care Worker Healthcare Assistant/Support Worker Senior Healthcare Assistant Senior Care Worker The purpose of this qualification is to develop the learner’s knowledge and understanding of the underlying principles required for a variety of job roles in the adult health and social care sector, including: equality & diversity, safeguarding, duty of care, health and safety, person-centred approaches and handing information. You will need to achieve 21 credits across 9 units to obtain this qualification. Learners can complete this qualification within 3 months or less. Please Note: that we only charge for awarding body certificate upon completion. Therefore when you complete you will have a fee of £40 + VAT to pay for your certificate.
